Ain Dubai, the newest Dubai landmark to smash global records, is now open to the public. It is the world's tallest and largest observation wheel, standing at 250 metres above sea level on Bluewaters Island. The monument is an engineering marvel and is about as high as Paris’ Eiffel Tower. Here's everything you need to know before you visit Ain Dubai.

Where is Ain Dubai?

Ain Dubai is located on Bluewaters Island, a man-made island development next to the Palm Jumeirah. A bridge over Sheikh Zayed Road connects the island to the mainland. The pedestrian bridge connecting Jumeirah Beach Residence to the island is a 15-minute walk away.

How long does each Ain Dubai ride take?

Each revolution of the wheels takes around 38 minutes, leaving plenty of time for selfies, videos and simply soaking in the incredible views of Dubai Marina, Downtown Dubai and the Persian Gulf.

Ain Dubai cabins

Observation cabins, communal cabins, and private cabins are now open to the public. If you're travelling with children, the observation cabins are a great option for capturing the magnificence of the Dubai skyline. A private bar can be added to the Ain Dubai social cabins, which come standard with a three-beverage ticket package. If you've got a special occasion, then go for a private cabin.

Ain Dubai tickets

Starting at AED130, guests can choose from three different pod experiences: observation cabins, communal cabins, or private cabins. Observation cabins offer visitors amazing vistas, photo opportunities, and a 38-minute ride with alternatives for the whole family.

There are various VIP pods to choose from where customers can dine and conduct private events ranging from expensive parties to family-friendly get-togethers. There is also a Seaview Lounge where you can dine in the Ain Dubai Social Cabins.

Remember to book your Ain Dubai tickets well in advance. The wheel is very popular and queues are often long on the day.

What can you see from Ain Dubai?

The view from the Ain Dubai

Thanks to being one of the tallest structures in Dubai, the view when your cabin reaches the top is pretty phenomenal. You’ll easily see the Palm Jumeirah, Atlantis, the Palm and skyscrapers of Dubai Marina, and once you get to a certain height, Downtown Dubai and the Burj Khalifa will come into view.

What else is there to do at Bluewaters Dubai?

Bluewaters Dubai is a mixed-use development that has taken up the Dubai Creek and expanded into the Bay. This new development offers visitors a variety of activities, such as a new beach, a waterpark and the floating gardens. There's also a whole host of shopping and dining options to get stuck into.
